Police & Fire Toy Drive

Wrap ‘em up! Make sure kids can’t sneak a peek at their toys before Christmas by helping wrap toys for the Police and Fire Toy Drive.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the toy drive with the gift of your time. It is also a great chance for any students in your family to earn community service hours, all family members are welcome. Bring scissors and tape if you can. You don’t have to be an expert gift wrapper, it’s the thought that counts.

Santa and Sirens Parade

Don your warmest holiday duds and your walking shoes and join our neighborhood parades. Once again, the CSD has partnered with the Elk Grove Police Department to conduct the Santa & Sirens parades through Elk Grove neighborhoods, December 14-16, 7-9 p.m. each night. Walk the route with your family and CSD friends, hand out candy canes, collect toy donations, and spread some holiday cheer to our residents.

Meet at the designated Fire Station by 6:30 p.m. and get ready to walk.

·   Wednesday, Dec. 14, 7-9 p.m., (near CSD Admin) - Meet at Station 71, 8760 Elk Grove Blvd.

·   Thursday, Dec. 15, 7-9 p.m., (North Elk Grove) - Meet at Station 76, 8545 Sheldon Rd.

·   Friday, Dec. 16, 7-9 p.m., (Laguna) - Meet at Station 74, 6501 Laguna Park Dr.
